Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days depending on location.

Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (and tracking details when available).

Shipping fees: Flat rate of €4.00 worldwide.

Customs & duties: For some countries, additional customs or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 days from shipment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to look into it.
Returns
We want you (and your dog) to love your order 🐾
If something isn’t right, you can request a return.

Return period: You can send items back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging.

Return shipping: Unless your item is damaged or we made a mistake, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us at info@lupo-pawis.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
